Delivery in Romania
Why does it take so long? We do not have pre-made watches ready to ship. We handcraft each NOAH watch in our workshop in Cluj-Napoca after you place your order. Therefore, the timeframes below also include production time.
Delivery timeframes in business days:
- Original, Family, and Centenar collections: 7–14 days;
- watches created in MY NOAH and special editions: 10–20 days;
- Aspire watches and straps: 4–5 days.
Courier delivery is free throughout Romania.
The parcel usually arrives within 24–48 hours in major cities and approximately 72 hours in other locations.
We deliver via DPD and FAN Courier. If you prefer one of them, let us know in the order notes.
Yes. When the watch leaves the workshop, we will send you an email with the parcel's tracking number.
International delivery
We deliver to Europe and the rest of the world. For watches, delivery costs EUR 39 within the European Union and the United Kingdom and EUR 49 to the rest of the world. The exact cost is shown in the cart before payment.
Including production, international delivery takes 10–15 business days, and 15–20 business days for special editions.
In the European Union, you do not pay any additional fees. Outside the European Union, customs and import duties may apply, which the customer must pay to collect the parcel from customs.
If you pay in a currency other than Romanian lei, the payment processor will convert it at the exchange rate at the time of the order, with a conversion fee. We recommend paying in your card's currency to avoid your bank charging an additional fee.
We do not deliver to Algeria, Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Morocco, Tunisia, and Venezuela.
Yes. When the parcel has shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return a watch. Write to us first at
contact@noah-watch.com, and we will tell you where to send the parcel.
If the watch is not personalized, you will receive a full refund for the product. For personalized or engraved watches, 400 lei, the cost of personalization, will be deducted from the refunded amount.
The customer pays for shipping the watch back to us.
Once the watch arrives, we will inspect it. It must be in the same condition in which you received it. We will then refund you using the same payment method. Depending on the bank, the money may arrive within up to 7 business days.
