Will it arrive in time?
Every watch is made by hand after you order. For the Original and Family collections it takes 7–14 working days; for MY NOAH and special editions, 10–20 working days; for Aspire, 4–5 working days. Delivery in Romania is free. Once shipped, the parcel usually arrives within 24–48 hours in major Romanian cities.
Which size should I choose?
Watches for her are 37 or 41 mm, and watches for him are 41 or 45 mm. If you’re not sure which size will fit, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll help you choose before you order. The full guide is on the Sizes page.
What should I have engraved?
The back of the watch fits up to 30 characters: a name, a date, the coordinates of a place or a word that’s just yours. The lid of the ash-wood box fits up to 100 characters, for a full dedication. Engraving costs 90 lei per watch (180 lei for Family sets) and 90 lei for the box.
