Romania Shipping

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.
For the ORIGINAL, CENTENARY and FAMILY collections, once your order was processed, depending on your chosen manufacturing time, it could take up to 10 working days to ship your product.
If you created a custom NOAH it could take up to 20 working days to finish and ship your watch.
For the ASPIRE and STRAPS COLLECTION shipping will be made after 1-2 working days since the order was processed.
WHAT IS THE COST FOR DELIVERY?
The cost of delivery is: FREE in Romania

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PARCEL ONCE IT LEFT OUR PREMISES?
It takes up to 3 working days to receive your parcel. Usually it takes no more than 24 hours, but it depends on your location.
Major cities will be delivered in maximum 48 hours. Other areas wil be delivered in aproximately 72 hours.
WHAT SHIPPING COMPANIES DO YOU USE?
For local shipping we use DPD courier and FAN courier. If you desire a specific one between the two please note so in your order.
DO I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes. Once your parcel is registered for pick-up by the courier we will send you an email with the tracking number and information on where to track it.

International Shipping

Standard post: 5-15 business days Express courier: 2-3 business days
ARE MY DUTIES PAID?
For customers inside the European Union: You don't have to pau any extra taxes. For customers outside the European Union: As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.
WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE RATE APPLIED?
When purchasing in a currency other than RON, the conversion is performed by our partner and includes a conversion fee, which covers processing and guarantees the exchange rate at the time of check out.We recommend paying for your order in the currency in which your payment method was issued. While you have the choice to pay in a different currency, doing so may cause your bank to charge an additional fee to convert that currency back to your home currency.
DO YOU SHIP TO ALL THE COUNTRIES?
No. We don't ship to: ALGERIA, BRAZIL, CHINA, INDIA, INDONESIA, IRAN, ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAQ, MOROCCO, TUNISIA, VENEZUELA.
DO I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes. Once your parcel is registered for pick-up by the courier we will send you an email with the tracking number and information on where to track it.

Returns

Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all domestic orders over 100 EUR. Please contact Customer Support to inform on the return. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
For international returns the customer is responsible for return shipping.
RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
Received a damaged item? Please reach out to our Customer Support team at contact@noah-watch.com and they will help resolve the issue. See more warranty information on our FAQ page.
HOW LONG DOES IS TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you the return address within 24 hours. Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping. After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Returns are free in 14 days if the order complies with the following:
- the packaging and the product are in their original state: no marks, no cracks, no dents
- the product is not custom made and/or engraved and/or a specialty
- is part of one of the collections: Aspire, Centenary, Family, Original, Accesories (Straps)
If the product you bought is custom made and/or engraved and/or a speciality and it is not part of any of the collections above than, in case of a return request the customer will only get back a part of the value of the watch.
The amount of 300 RON will be deducted and involves the cost of personalizing the watch.
The same cost applies if the customer chooses to change the product to another one.
