ARE THESE WATCHES WATER RESISTANT?
Yes they are water resistant. This means that you can wash your care, do the dishes or even take a shower with your watch, but you must not submerge it.
It is not waterproof. The difference between waterproof and water resistant must be made.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY NOAH?
The outer casing of the watch can easily be cleaned with a clean cloth soaked in a mixture of olive oil (1 teaspoon) and lemon juice (1 teaspoon).
After cleaning, it is advised to wipe the surface with a dry cloth.This operation is repeated every 2-3 months.
HOW TO SET THE TIME & DATE ON MY WATCH?
The crown of the watch has 3 steps.
The first step - closed (the crown is attached to the watch case) - allows the clock to function normally.
The second (intermediate) allows you to set the date of the watch by turning the crown forward.
The third stage allows you to set the watch by turning the crown forward or backward.
After all the adjustments have been made, the crown must return to the starting position (step 1).
DO YOU ENGRAVE THE WATCH? WHERE?
Yes we cand engrave your watch on the back of the case. You can enter a maximum of 30 characters or a 2D logo.
Also you can engrave 100 characters on the box, or a logo.
WHAT CAN I CUSTOMIZE/PERSONALIZE?
You can create your watch from scratch as follows:
- choose the size of the watch
- choose the wood type for the watch case
- choose the type of wood for the clock dial
- choose the hands
- choose the strap and its size
- choose the type of wood for the box
Both the watch and box can be engraved with a custom text or logo.
WILL I HAVE ANY ALLERGIES TO MY WOOD WATCH?

HOW LONG CAN A WOOD WATCH LAST?
Our watches are high quality. We use rare wood unibody cases to increase the wear time of our products. If you take care of your watch it should last for many years to come. We've been on the market for more than 5 years now, and we have watches as old as the brand that look amazing.

Ordering / Shipping

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We offer international shipping via Standard Post or DHL Overnight Express. Please be advised that the parcel will pass through customs and you may be required to pay taxes. This applies only for the coutries outside the European Union.
IS SALES TAX (VAT) INCLUDED?
Yes. Romanian taxes are included in the price.
Shipping outside the European Union: please be advised that aditional taxes may apply if the parcel goes through customs.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I REFUSE THE PACKAGE?
The package will be sent back to us. You can then contact us to communicate the motive.
Atention!
If a refund for a custom watch is wanted, then the amount will be only partially refunded. Please check the Returns section of the FAQ for more info.
DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INCLUDE CUSTOMS CHARGES?
No. Customs charges will be paid by the customer.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
On the Checkout page you will be able to choose from different manufacturing times:
- 10 working days (standard-free)
- 5 working days (+29 EUR)
- 2 working days (+79 EUR)
Price varies depending on how fast we have to stop the manufacturing process of the other watches for yours.
To this manufacturing time another 48 hours are added for delivery.

Returns / Repairs / Exchanges

WHAT DOES THE 2 YEAR WARRANTY INCLUDE?
The warranty includes:
- the movement
- the dial
- watch case
- the strap (only for manufacturing defects)
- sapphire glass (only for manufacturing defects)
WHAT DOES WORRY FREE WARRANTY MEAN?
We know every minute counts.
That's why we want to offer our customers premium services.
If you have any problems with your NOAH watch, we're doing all the hard work. Based on your completed service form, we will make a pick-up request (service supported by NOAH) and will resolve your issue within 72 hours upon arrival of the watch.
Your only concern is to properly pack your watch and wait for the courier to show up.
At the moment, only available in Romania.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Returns are free in 14 days if the order complies with the following:
- the packaging and the product are in their original state: no marks, no cracks, no dents
- the product is not custom made and/or engraved and/or a specialty
- is part of one of the collections: Aspire, Centenary, Family, Original, Accesories (Straps)
If the product you bought is custom made and/or engraved and/or a speciality and it is not part of any of the collections above than, in case of a return request the customer will only get back a part of the value of the watch.
The amount of 300 RON will be deducted and involves the cost of personalizing the watch.
The same cost applies if the customer chooses to change the product to another one.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Please write or call us as soon as possible using the info in the CONTACT US page. We will do our best to assist you.
CAN I REPLACE THE BATTERY?
The watch you have is no ordinary one. It is special. Therfore the service system used for it is special.
We recommend that you do not try to swap the battery at home. During warranty we will profide free shipping coverage to and from your premises, but only in Romania.
For international customers the service is also free but the shipping charges will be supported by the customer.
HOW DO I REPAIR MY WATCH AFTER THE 2 YEARS WARRANTY?
After your warranty expires we will provide 2 options:
1. You will send it to us for servicing (service paid by the customer)
2. We will recommend a watch shop/watch maker from your city that is authorised to repair NOAH watched; if there is one.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
After you placed an order, an automatic email should arrive in your inbox to confirm the order. A new email containing the tracking number will be sent once the order is ready for leaving our premises.

A NOAH brand ambassador is an individual or an entity that signed a contract with us and now promotes our products. This person is rewarded by NOAH for its results.
