In April 2017, Ziarul Financiar wrote about NOAH, less than two years after the first watch was sold. It was one of the first times the business press took a serious look at a wooden watch workshop.

The article introduced Iosif Harasemiuc and Ruben Perju, two entrepreneurs from Cluj, and their first years of sales, starting in May 2015. The team had grown to six people by then, and the plan for 2017 was ambitious.

Where we are now
Since then, the Cluj workshop has made thousands of watches. Today, over 5,000 people wear a NOAH watch. We have stuck to the same way of working: each watch passes through the hands of four artisans, the wood is neither painted nor varnished, and inside is a Swiss Ronda mechanism, under sapphire glass.
